Fresh produce markets and wholesalers join Hort Connections 2019 as Industry Partners, Trade Show sponsors
The annual Trade Show is one of the foundations of the Hort Connections conference, bringing thousands of delegates and hundreds of agribusinesses under the one roof to network and make business connections.
With more than six months to go until Hort Connections 2019, more than half of the Trade Show floor has already been bought up by nearly 100 businesses offering products and services that cater to the entire horticulture sector.
Reflecting the importance of this huge event, Fresh Markets Australia (FMA) and the Central Markets Association of Australia (CMAA), which together represent Australia’s fresh produce markets and their wholesalers, have come on board as official Trade Show sponsors and Industry Partners of Hort Connections.
Together, these organisations represent a large and diverse sector of the horticulture industry, and having them return as Industry Partners and Trade Show sponsors for the third year in a row will enable the conference to reach a wider and more diverse audience than ever before.
The two groups will join AUSVEG, PMA Australia-New Zealand (PMA A-NZ), Growcom, United Fresh New Zealand, Apple and Pear Australia Limited (APAL), the Australian Society of Horticultural Science (AuSHS) and the Australasia Pacific Extension Network (APEN) as Hort Connections Industry Partners, ensuring that the event will cater for a wider cross-section of the Australian horticulture industry.
Hort Connections 2019 will be held at the Melbourne Convention Centre from 24-26 June 2019, and will bring members of all sectors of the horticulture industry under one roof, including growers, supply chain members, government stakeholders and industry service providers.
Early-bird registrations for Hort Connections 2019 are now open, offering discounted rates across the event. Register on the Hort Connections website.
