Intellectual property firm Watermark launches customised web chat platform
Leading Australian intellectual property firm Watermark has launched a hybrid chat bot and live chat platform on its website to help users access the information they need.
The new platform uses automated responses and enquiries to guide users to the relevant page on the Watermark website or help them make a request to be contacted.
Watermark is the oldest patent and trademark firm still practising in Australia, and has a rich history in protecting and defending intellectual property. The company is Australian-owned and has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, as well as associates around the world which can give growers access to local support in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and Asia.
Watermark and AUSVEG have maintained an Agribusiness Partnership for several years, providing growers with access to and support from Watermark’s intellectual property experience – from protecting brands to giving legal advice and providing assessments of competitors in the same space.
Watermark’s support also helps AUSVEG to provide events and services for the Australian vegetable industry, including advocating for growers on the issues that are affecting our industry.
For more information on Watermark, or to research your own queries about your intellectual property, take a look at the Watermark website.
