AUSVEG SA will be hosting a workshop at the South Australian Produce Markets for growers who are interested in learning more about the export process and how to become export-ready.

The workshop is targeted at levy-paying vegetable growers that want to know more about how to commence exporting and identify export markets, and who are just starting out or looking to move into exporting and want to understand what is involved.

Time/date: 8:00am–11:00am, Thursday 22 March 2018
Location: South Australian Produce Markets Boardroom, Burma Rd, Pooraka SA

The workshop will be facilitated by experienced trainers from the Export Council of Australia with vegetable industry support from AUSVEG and AUSVEG SA.

The workshop will cover:

  • Are you ready to start exporting?
  • What resources are available to growers to assist them commence exporting.
  • Which export markets to target, and where you can and can’t export to.
  • Pricing for export.
  • Free Trade Agreements and how to use them.
