The Australia-China Agricultural Cooperation Agreement (ACACA) program is an agreement between the Australian and Chinese governments designed to develop our agricultural trading relationship with China, which operates as an ongoing competitive grant program that opens for applications every year.

The program funds projects and trade missions that promote bilateral cooperation in agriculture, exchange scientific information or develop the trading relationship between Australia and China.

Applications are now open for this year’s round of grants, with up to $55,000 available for individual grants. Applications close on 13 March 2018.

Examples of activities which have previously received grants include a trade mission to a fruit and vegetable trade fair in Beijing and a sustainable agriculture forum in Tasmania.

For more information on ACACA, please visit the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources website. To apply for a grant, visit the GrantConnect website.
