The AUSVEG mental health page is home to a range of information about mental health concerns within the agriculture industry, as well as the effect that mental illness can have on the wider Australian population.

The mental health resources page provides users with a number of organisations that exist Australia-wide which can enable individuals to get help, whether this be through online assistance, via the phone or in person. We understand that rural or remote living can often be a barrier for those needing help, and as such compiling these resources into one location means seeking help can be that little bit easier.

In an effort to expand the resources we have available online, we have now added information on some phone apps for Apple and Android phones. These apps can enable you to better grasp an understanding of mental health illness, assist you in communicating with a friend who might need help, and assist you in practicing mindfulness.
