Hort Innovation has started sponsoring Network Ten‘s My Market Kitchen TV program to showcase grower stories and use Australian fruit and vegetables in easy, tasty and healthy meals.

The TV spots features Hort Innovation Research and Development Manager and Accredited Dietitian Jemma O’Hanlon.

My Market Kitchen will feature growers in 12 segments of the weekly show, with the first segment appearing on Friday 26 June.

Episode 3 this week features Catherine Velisha from Velisha Farms and RMCG’s Carl Larsen to explore all the employment and leadership opportunities available in the Australian horticulture and vegetable industries.

Meanwhile, Jemma visits the Prahran Market to make a delicious Middle Eastern baked eggs with a variety of vegetables.
