Various attributes of 25 Tasmanian ferrosols under 5 different forms of management (low-input pasture, high-input pasture, intermittent cropping, continuous cropping and pyrethrum production) were assessed using field, interview and laboratory techniques. This project presents physical, chemical and biological data from 25 sites in an attempt to better define the magnitude and significance of the differences in the properties of ferrosols under a range of management typical in Tasmania.
