Identification and monitoring resistance in vegetable crops in Australia
This project set out to establish the resistance status of several important fungal and bacterial pathogens from Australian vegetable crops. Project researchers assessed chemicals from major chemical classes registered or under permit in Australia. In addition, base-line sensitivity data was developed for fungicides with potential for future use. This will allow future measurement of shifts in sensitivity. Findings from this study contributed to the development of guidelines for improved resistance management which were published through VG07110 and VG07109.
