Western Australian growers are invited to a Soil Wealth ICP workshop in Gingin, Western Australia, hosted by Dr Kelvin Montagu on the fundamentals of soil biology.

Discussions will include:

  • How to incorporate improvements in practice with cropping operations/rotations.
  • Composting and the key principles for success including correct information, standards and evidence.
  • Nutrient management with consideration to sandy soils.
  • Soil testing interpretation and key pathogens.
  • Use of legumes and cover cropping.
