For Hort Innovation members that pay a statutory or voluntary levy, completing an Annual Levy Return form is required to secure voting rights for its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 27 November.

All completed Annual Levy Return forms must be received by Monday 14 September 2020.

The quickest way to submit your form and ensure it meets the deadline is online, via this link. To do so you’ll need your unique member number and PIN, which have been provided to you recently via email and post.
