Harvest to Home is an interactive online dashboard that provides users with up-to-date retail information and consumer trend data on a range of vegetable commodities on a single platform.

All of the data is provided by Nielsen, which collates it through a home scan service, which surveys around 10,000 Australian households.

The latest comprehensive review available on Harvest to Home is on carrot, which identified that carrot shoppers are the most aware of price and price changes across all 28 vegetables surveyed.

The research found that in the past 12 months, the price of carrots increased slightly across all retailers compared to the previous year.
